Returns Policy
As Uni-Medics, satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the details of our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for courses that are proven to be unavailable, incomplete or if there was an error in accessing the course purchased.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Courses with downloadable digital content that has been accessed or downloaded are not eligible for refunds.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund:
Contact our customer service at [admin@unimedics.co.zm] with your order number and reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Method
Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed:
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 5-10 business days for both Credit/Debit Card Payments and mobile money transactions.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the above time frame:
First, check with your bank, credit card or mobile money provider.

6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
